We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on leveraging online job boards to attract and manage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create, post, and refresh engaging job advertisements on various online job boards, including but not limited to Indeed.
- Actively manage candidate applications received through job board platforms, ensuring timely review and disposition.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Demonstrated experience in posting and managing job applications on popular job boards such as Indeed is essential.
- Familiarity with other job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, local job sites) is a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
